GamesPK | Fair Play Policy

GamesPK believes that gaming should be based on skill, legitimate participation, transparent rules, and equal treatment.

A fair gaming environment benefits everyone. Players should be able to trust that other participants are following the same rules and that games are not being deliberately manipulated. Our fair-play approach is therefore designed to protect both individual players and the wider GamesPK community.

We do not tolerate cheating, fraudulent activity, manipulation of game systems, exploitation of technical vulnerabilities, or attempts to obtain rewards through dishonest methods.

Fair play also means respecting other players. Abusive, threatening, discriminatory, or deliberately disruptive behavior may be investigated when it affects the integrity or safety of the GamesPK community.

One Player, One Account

Unless GamesPK expressly permits otherwise, each player should maintain only one personal account.

Creating multiple accounts to obtain bonuses, promotions, referrals, rewards, rankings, or other benefits is prohibited. Multiple-account activity can make it difficult to determine whether promotional offers are being used legitimately and may create an unfair advantage over other players.

GamesPK may review accounts that appear to be connected through information such as registration details, devices, payment information, IP activity, gameplay patterns, or other relevant security indicators.

If multiple accounts are identified, GamesPK may restrict or suspend the related accounts while an investigation takes place.

Players should never create another account to avoid a suspension, restriction, verification requirement, or other security measure.

Honest and Genuine Gameplay

All players are expected to participate genuinely and personally.

The use of technology or third-party tools to automate gameplay, manipulate results, or obtain an advantage that ordinary players do not have is prohibited.

Depending on the game and its technical requirements, prohibited methods may include:

• Bots or automated players.
• Scripts designed to perform gameplay automatically.
• Unauthorized macros or auto-clickers.
• Modified game applications or unauthorized APKs.
• Memory-editing tools.
• Speed or gameplay manipulation.
• Artificial score submissions.
• Unauthorized software designed to interfere with game functionality.
• Exploiting technical weaknesses to gain rewards or improve results.

GamesPK may take action even when an attempt does not ultimately produce a successful advantage. Attempting to cheat can itself represent a violation of this policy.

Exploiting Bugs and Technical Errors

Software can occasionally contain errors, glitches, or unexpected behavior. Discovering a technical problem does not give a player permission to repeatedly exploit it.

If you discover a bug that could affect gameplay, rewards, balances, rankings, or another player’s experience, you should report it to GamesPK support as soon as reasonably possible.

Players must not intentionally repeat an error after becoming aware that it can produce an unfair benefit.

For example, deliberately using a known technical malfunction to generate additional rewards, duplicate transactions, alter scores, bypass restrictions, or obtain benefits that were not intended by the game rules may be considered exploitation.

GamesPK may reverse transactions, remove improperly obtained rewards, restrict accounts, or take other appropriate action following an investigation.

Fair Use of Bonuses and Promotions

Promotional offers are designed to provide legitimate benefits to eligible players. They must not be manipulated.

Players may not create multiple accounts, coordinate accounts, falsify information, or otherwise manipulate promotional conditions to obtain rewards multiple times when an offer is intended for a single eligible participant.

GamesPK may review unusual promotional activity, including repeated registrations, suspicious referral patterns, coordinated account behavior, or other activity suggesting systematic abuse.

If promotional abuse is confirmed, GamesPK may cancel the affected promotion or rewards and may restrict accounts involved in the abuse.

Players should always read the specific terms attached to an offer before participating.

Account Sharing Is Not Permitted

Your GamesPK account should be used only by you.

Do not give your password, verification codes, authentication information, or other account credentials to another person.

Allowing another individual to access your account can create security risks and can make it impossible to determine who performed particular activities.

Players are responsible for keeping their login credentials confidential. If you believe your account has been accessed by someone else, contact GamesPK support promptly and take appropriate steps to secure the account.

Fraud and Suspicious Activity

GamesPK takes fraud seriously because fraudulent behavior can harm both the platform and legitimate players.

Prohibited activity may include:

• Providing deliberately false registration information.
• Using another person’s identity or financial information without authorization.
• Attempting to bypass identity or security checks.
• Manipulating deposits, withdrawals, rewards, or transactions.
• Using stolen or unauthorized payment methods.
• Creating accounts for fraudulent purposes.
• Attempting to conceal the source or destination of funds.
• Coordinating with others to manipulate platform systems.
• Using an account to facilitate prohibited financial activity.

Where appropriate, GamesPK may request additional information or documentation to verify an account or transaction.

Security and verification procedures exist to protect players as well as the platform. A verification request does not automatically mean that a player has violated this policy.

Game Integrity and Equal Conditions

Every participant should compete under the same published rules.

GamesPK aims to maintain consistent gameplay conditions and may use technical monitoring, security controls, and game records to identify unusual or potentially unfair activity.

Where games involve random outcomes, the relevant game mechanics should determine those outcomes rather than individual attempts to manipulate the system.

Where games involve player skill, participants must rely on legitimate gameplay rather than unauthorized assistance or technological manipulation.

The principle is simple: players should win because of legitimate participation, skill, strategy, or the published mechanics of the game not because they found a way to cheat the system.

This approach is consistent with broader principles of sports integrity in Pakistan, where dishonest advantages and event manipulation are expressly treated as prohibited conduct.

Prohibited Collusion

Players must not cooperate with other accounts to create an unfair advantage where the rules require independent participation.

Collusion can include deliberately coordinating actions, sharing confidential gameplay information, manipulating competitive situations, intentionally losing or winning for another participant, or arranging outcomes outside the legitimate rules of a game.

GamesPK may investigate patterns suggesting coordinated activity.

If collusion is confirmed, action may be taken against all accounts involved rather than only the account that appears to have received the benefit.

Respectful Player Conduct

Fair play is not limited to technical rules.

GamesPK expects players to treat one another respectfully. Harassment, threats, intimidation, hate-based abuse, deliberate disruption, and other serious misconduct may result in account restrictions.

Players should not attempt to damage another player’s experience through abusive communications or coordinated disruptive behavior.

Healthy competition should remain competitive without becoming hostile or harmful.

Security and Account Protection

Players have an important role in maintaining fair and secure gameplay.

We recommend that players:

• Use a strong, unique password.
• Keep authentication information private.
• Avoid sharing account credentials.
• Log out of shared devices.
• Keep their device and software reasonably secure.
• Report suspicious account activity.
• Contact support if they believe their account has been compromised.

GamesPK may introduce additional security or verification measures when necessary to protect accounts and maintain platform integrity.

Investigations and Account Reviews

GamesPK may investigate activity when there is a reasonable indication of cheating, fraud, multiple-account abuse, collusion, promotional abuse, technical exploitation, or another violation of this policy.

During an investigation, an account may be temporarily restricted where necessary to protect the integrity of games, rewards, transactions, or other players.

Reviews may consider relevant information such as gameplay records, account activity, device information, transaction history, security signals, and other available technical evidence.

A temporary review does not necessarily mean that wrongdoing has been established.

GamesPK aims to assess suspected violations fairly and proportionately based on the available evidence.

Possible Enforcement Actions

If GamesPK determines that this Fair Play Policy has been violated, one or more actions may be taken depending on the seriousness and circumstances of the violation.

Possible measures include:

• Warning or notification.
• Removal of improperly obtained rewards.
• Cancellation of affected promotional benefits.
• Temporary account restrictions.
• Temporary suspension.
• Permanent account closure.
• Reversal of transactions where appropriate.
• Restriction from particular games or promotions.
• Additional verification requirements.

Serious cases involving fraud, deliberate system manipulation, or repeated violations may result in permanent restrictions.

Where applicable, GamesPK may also cooperate with relevant authorities or service providers when required by law.

Reporting Fair-Play Violations

Players can help protect the GamesPK community by reporting suspected cheating or abuse.

If you believe another player is using bots, manipulating a game, abusing a technical problem, operating multiple accounts, or engaging in fraudulent behavior, contact GamesPK support with as much relevant information as possible.

Useful information may include the game involved, approximate time of the incident, username or account identifier, transaction reference where relevant, and a description of what you observed.

Players should not attempt to investigate, confront, threaten, or retaliate against another player themselves.

GamesPK will review reports through its appropriate internal procedures.

Responsible Participation in Pakistan

GamesPK encourages players in Pakistan to treat gaming as entertainment and to participate within their personal limits.

Players should understand the rules of a game before participating and should never use money they cannot afford to lose where real-money gaming is involved.

Age restrictions, geographic availability, verification requirements, and other applicable conditions must always be followed. Users are responsible for ensuring that their participation complies with applicable laws and regulations in their location.

Pakistan’s evolving digital and esports environment also places increasing emphasis on structured governance, integrity, and responsible gaming. In July 2026, the federal cabinet approved Pakistan’s first National E-sports Policy, which includes measures aimed at responsible gaming and stronger governance of the esports sector. 

Transparency and Policy Updates

GamesPK may update this Fair Play Policy when its services, security systems, game formats, promotional programmes, or applicable requirements change.

The latest version should be considered the controlling version of the policy.

Players are encouraged to review this page periodically so they understand the standards that apply to their continued use of GamesPK.
